Idea Nest Raises Over $6k for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Event

Idea Nest is proud to have partnered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to help raise money for people with blood cancer. For the partnership, Idea Nest gave a $5,000 sponsorship to the t-shirt booth for the Light the Night event. The event is a walk, complete with an Opening Ceremony, Survivor Circle and Remembrance Pavilion, that happens all over the United States to help bring awareness and funds to blood cancer research.

They also did a fundraising campaign in September, which is Blood Cancer Awareness Month. During this campaign, when individuals made a minimum donation of $5 to the LLS, they received a 25% discount. Donations directly supported lifesaving blood cancer research and helped to provide information and support to friends and families of those affected.

The September campaign resulted in an additional $1500, raising the total to over $6000.

The LLS is the world's largest charity devoted to blood cancer, and it is recognized worldwide. Its goal is to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma while improving the quality of life for patients and their families.

The LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research worldwide and provides free information and support services.

Corporate giving is an essential part of Idea Nest's culture. We're proud to have partnered with the LLS to help support their efforts in finding a cure for blood cancer.
